PHASE ONE: FREE ESTIMATE

We start by meeting you onsite to walk the space and understand your goals. From there, we prepare a detailed proposal with line-by-line pricing so you can see how the project may take shape. This estimate provides a realistic early look at potential costs.You review the proposal and decide whether you would like to move forward.

Once approved, All Things Construction Management officially comes on board as your Construction Manager and we advance to Phase 2.


PHASE TWO: PRECONSTRUCTION PLANNING

This is where your vision becomes clear and fully defined.

We create layout plans and 3D renderings so you can see your future space before work begins. We also build a curated selection list with multiple options for every finish and fixture including cabinets, hardware, sinks, appliances, counters, plumbing fixtures, lighting and more. After the design and selections are finalized, we develop a comprehensive project budget and prepare formal bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.

With bids in hand, we outline a project schedule that gives you a realistic timeline from start to finish. You receive the full Budget and Schedule to review and approve. You are free to step away from the project at any time before construction begins.

If you choose not to move forward, only the Phase 2 billable hours are owed and All Things provides you with all plans, renderings, bid packages, schedules and vendor information for your use. Once the Budget and Schedule are approved, we move to Phase 3.


PHASE THREE: CONSTRUCTION

This is where the project comes to life.

We handle everything including permit applications, subcontractor and vendor approvals and daily management of the entire build. Our goal is to deliver a beautiful finished space that exceeds expectations and creates a long-term relationship where you feel proud to recommend us to others.


PHASE FOUR: PROJECT CLOSEOUT

At completion, we walk through the project together and create a final punch list for any finishing touches. We review warranty information and provide guidance on maintenance and care for all new materials and components.
